KERBOOMKA Dance: Zoom & Outdoor
Kerboomka is a high-energy, hip-hop inspired dance-fitness program for people of all ages and skill levels. The moves are easy for anyone to learn, and we target all muscles; especially the core. You learn the routine and dance to the hottest music of today, and some ‘old-school’ music as well. You leave the class feeling accomplished and inspired, with a refreshing routine that you can rock out to in any club or intimate social-gathering… when we’re able to get back to that. For now its the living room / garage / kitchen / backyard / she shed.
KERBOOMKA FIT: Zoom & Outdoor
Kerboomka FIT is a 1 hour class that involves weight training and cardio movement. For ALL Levels. This class is a full body workout that will have you pumped with its great music and dripping with sweat with its High intensity interval training workout. You will burn fat, gain muscle strength, build endurance and build confidence. You will leave class feeling great.
Light, med, heavy weights.*Weights are not necessary but they will help intensify the workout.
HIP HOP we don’t stop: Zoom & Outdoor
This is a beg/int class. You will learn a Choreographed routine to a song that the choreographer picked out. Join the class, rock out with the baddest hip hop moves, be challenged and have fun.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Zoom & Outdoor
One on one training session. For all ages and levels. Sessions start from 15min. We target trouble areas and put together a plan that suits your personal needs and goals. “The biggest shifts in life come from working on yourself.” (certified Personal trainer)

Is it a month to month? Yes, you can cancel at anytime.
Can I try a class out before I sign up? Yes, you can try out a(1) class before signing. (Email KERSHELANTHONY@GMAIL.COM for free class pass)
Do I get charged when I initially sign up? Yes you do
Do I get only 2 classes a week? No, there are multiple classes to choose from. ( See weekly calendar)
What type of classes? There are Cardio Dance, Weight training, Personal training, Yoga, Hip Hop classes and more to be added.
Can I pick more than 2 classes? Yes you can pick as many as you want. Any classes after your 2 has an additional cost.
Am I a doctor? No I am not. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. I’m not here to diagnose any medical condition or replace your healthcare professional.
